Directions for use
Zao Chili Fish: First stir-fry the fermented chili in the pan to release its sour aroma, then add the ingredients (fish needs pre-) and braise-fry it, a truly authentic Guizhou flavor.
Dipping Sauce: Take an appropriate amount of fermented chili, add minced garlic, chopped green onions a little light soy sauce, and a little sesame oil, with a bit of broth added to adjust the consistency; it is suitable for dipping white meat, tofu, boiled vegetables and hot pot.
